Use fisheye already, want to try Crucible

Admin Vivace November 3, 2013
I understand how to upgrade to using Crucible from Fisheye (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/Upgrading+from+FishEye+to+Crucible). However, I would like to understand if there is an easy way to go back to Fisheye if we think Crucible is not for us. Thanks.

Hello Sridhar,

That document you mentioned is not the correct one. That one is for when you're using only FishEye and want to use only Crucible (instead of using FishEye and Crucible).

Basically, you can activate Crucible by adding a valid Crucible license at Administration > Systems Settings > System Info and clicking in the Edit License button.

If after the evaluation license expires you don't want to continue using Crucible, you can go back there and replace the license hash by the word Disabled.

I hope this helps!

That is the right answer, indeed! Thanks Felipe.
