Restarting Crucible but lost Configuration. How to restore from cache?

We had a PostgreSQL crash and had to fix and restart.
We were able to restart JIRA and Confluence no problem.
But Crucible came up and appears to have lost all configuration including license.
/var/Atlassian/crucible files all appear to be fine.
Can you please tell us how to restart Crucible in order to restore all of our repositories and “reviews”?

SOLVED. I solved my issue by copying the config.xml file from my /var/atlassian/application-data/crucible directory to my FISHEYE_HOME directory. And then restarting. It appears everything is back to normal.
