Reformat Crucible emails to make it friendlier for threaded email clients

I would like crucible to send emails related to a CI session with the email's "message id" remaining the same for all emails from a particular review. That way email clients can group the emails and display it as thread. Currently I'm being bomb with individual emails from the same CI request for each comment reviewers are doing.

As a secondary fix, can the subject line be customized?

Hello Brent,

According to this document, batch notifications will be sent out by Crucible every 30 minutes. All notifications will be rolled up into a single digest e-mail. This cannot be changed, unfortunately.
