Are  you using a starter license?

Lee Wereta September 12, 2019

Yes, just to test out the product but our repo have more than 10 users historic commits so I think that is why

Hi @Lee Wereta ,

Yes, starter licenses are restricted to no more than:

  • 5 Fisheye users
  • 5 repositories
  • 10 historic committers per repository

You can find the current restrictions on the Fisheye and Crucible starter license on this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/restrictions-on-fisheye-starter-licenses-960155813.html

The page also explains how to Reconfigure your repository to keep using Fisheye.
