Jira integration in crucible error we are receiving

We are currently trying to integrate jira with crucible, and when creating the application link as a trusted application we receive this as an error:

2013-04-11 08:06:05,968 WARN [btpool0-101 ] com.atlassian.fisheye.trustedapplications.FisheyeAuthenticationListener com.atlassian.fisheye.trustedapplications.FisheyeAuthenticationListener-authenticationFailure - Failed trusted applications authentication attempt:APP_UNKNOWN; Unknown Application: {0}; ["jira:10135695"]

if we don't set it up as a trusted application, it doesn't throw an error in the logs, but we also cannot get anything to link between jira and confluence.

Any suggestions?

Derek

Figured it out. We needed to link the projects from jira to the actual code projects within crucible.
