How to switch from expired SEN to starter license

Hi,

We have a 5 user starter license for crucible / fisheye and an expired 250 user crucible license. 

Our app has expired crucible SEN# and 5 user fisheye license. How can I change expired crucible SEN to starter license?

Please see the KB After purchasing and applying a license FishEye reports that the maximum number of users has been exceeded

Since your moving from a 250 user license down to a starter license you will need to make some adjustments to select which 5 users will have application access.   For fisheye, application access is being granted to users in the 'fisheye-users' group. 

In your case, you would only want to keep 5 users in that group and remove the rest.
