How to send Crucible emails on new comments to non-reviewers?

Hi, we want to limit the amount of reviewers a code review requires, but still want to be able to notify the rest of the team when comments (and answers to those) are made (maybe even defining to send mails if there are more than two answers to a comment, which usually inidicates a discussion being startet). Is there a way to do so? Maybe by leveraging the email template system?
