How to re-open a review in crucible

I am not the moderator of the review so I need to be able either to change moderator or re-open without being moderator

Hi Keith,

To Reopen review you need to have Re-Open permission irrespective you being moderator or not.

Although by default (i.e Default Permission) only Moderator and Creator has permission to re-open review.

Ask your system administrator to customize your crucible project permission so that you have permission to reopen review.
