Hi! I'm assuming that by minimize you mean to reduce the database size, is this correct?
There are tools and ways to reduce database size, but we wouldn't recommend them as the process could lead to data base corruption, data loss, etc. Databases are considered integrations (which are out of our support scope) so we don't have any instructions on that, we'd recommend checking that with a DBA in the company.
Lastly, I'd like to note that the version of Fisheye you're using is fairly old, which might make it more complicated to get assistance for this. Keep in mind that Fisheye 3.3.2 is not officially supported anymore, so the Atlassian team won't we able to help in case something stops working as expected.
