Hi,

It's actually not possible to downgrade Crucible, since the database schema differs from one version to the other and, since it's upgraded (i.e. changes are applied to the database by the new version), it can't be downgraded.

In fact version 3.2.3 doesn't offer an installer, so you must download the ZIP from https://www.atlassian.com/software/crucible/download-archives and perform the install manually as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE032/Installing+Crucible+on+Windows.

In case you are actually upgrading to 3.2.3 from a previous version you may refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/Crucible+upgrade+guide for instructions on how to upgrade.
