How to hide maintenance expired notification in Crucible 4.1.2

James Mark Chan September 21, 2016

We have decided not to renew our maintenance and would like to hide the maintenance expired message that appears at the bottom of our fisheye and crucible pages. Shouldn't this be possible?

I don't think it's possible to disable this message, but this message is presented to admin users only so shouldn't be visible to ordinary users.  I hope it's not so much of a problem for admins to see it, it would remind them when considering contacting Atlassian Support Team.

I hope you wouldn't mind me taking this opportunity, but I would like to help you reconsider the decision regarding maintenance discontinuation if possible.  Is there anything the product should do better for you to be more useful?

There are other Atlassian tools I'd rather put the support or maintenance funds towards such as Confluence and Bitbucket. We are a very small team with limited funding. I would like it if Crucible could handle larger files better, right now for large source files it gives us two links to download and diff the items manually. Seems like I should not have to do that. That's really the only thing that bothers me with crucible, otherwise great product.
