It should be enough having a working Application Link configured between Jira and Fisheye/Crucible so you could:
- in Fisheye/Crucible create a Jira issue from a review, e.g:
- in Jira on an Issue a link from Crucible
Allow Remote API Access, do not worry about that. If you are unable to have Jira issues linked to commit messages in Fisheye/Crucible, then you may have an incompatibility issue between the Jira <-> Fisheye/Crucible application or the communication is broken somehow.
Please, inform Jira and Fisheye/Crucible version you are running if above is not enough.
