How do we do reviews before committing?

I know you can do patch reviews in Crucible. However we've found that you can't load another patch file into the same review and keep a diff of the files?

e.g. create review with patch file. Comments are added to fix things. Fixes are done. New patch file generated. Crucible then doesn't show a rolling diff with the files and the comments. So the follow up review is much harder as all the context from the previous review is lost?

Are we doing something wrong? Is there a better way to do this?
