How do I set a Crucible Workflow for a project or for individual reviews?

The Crucible documentation explains there are four different workflows which you can choose for a team. How can I set up such a workflow for one of my projects (or if not possible for individual reviews). The closest thing I've found so far are the "Permission Schemes", with which I could model a workflow by allowing certain people to do certain actions.

Is it possible to select the workflows mentioned in the link below, or is it something you need to create for yourself using permission schemes?

Hello Merlijn,

Crucible has a default workflow with a default Permission Scheme that applies to most of our customers.

You cannot 'select' other workflows. You need to create it for yourself using Permission Schemes.
