Hello,

Users in fisheye were reached to maximum licenced limit. Deleting users in fisheye was required.

After deleting few users in fisheye, Fisheye view in JIRA is broken.

Source tab in JIRA shows error:

Repository REPO_NAME on FISHEYE_LINKfailed: Error in remote call to 'FishEye 0 (FISHEYE_LINK)' (FISHEYE_LINK) [AbstractRestCommand{path='api/rest/query', params={query=select revisions from dir / where comment matches 'JIRA_NUMBER order by date group by changeset return csid, rep=REPO_NAME}, methodType=POST}] : anon access forbidden

Can you please suggest how files committed can be seen in JIRA after deleting few users in fisheye?

Many thanks,

Chitra

Hi Chitra, judging by this error it seems to me that your application link is configured to use Trusted application as authentication method. When the applications don't have the same user base (same set of users) the best option is OAuth. You may take a look at this documentation if you need more details about application link authentication.

Cheers

Thanks Tiago. Adding configuration in OAuth has fixed fisheye view in JIRA.
