Fisheye - Reclaim used disk space?

My fisheye server ran out of disk space. I'm going to change the "Start Revision" for one of my repos... but how do I reclaim the used disk space?

Do I have to delete the repo (in Fisheye) and start over?

This became somewhat urgent so I ended up going into the largest repository in fisheye, changing the start revision at setting, going to maintenance and clicking "re-index".

It seems to have cleared up many, many GBs of space.
