Fisheye/Crucible License Upgrade

Steve Michalski July 27, 2014

Good day/morning,

We have paid for and renewed our Fisheye/Crucible license. We run the software locally (not On-Demand). However, I still this from the fisheye admin screens which indicates it is about to expire.

Server IDBJDD-U9OY-GFM0-OEHU

ProductFishEye, Crucible

LicenseFishEye: Commercial, Crucible 5 Users: Starter License

Licensed toConvoke Systems

Support Entitlement Number (SEN) FishEye: SEN-2755094

Crucible: SEN-2739105

Upgrades/Maintenance Expires 2014-08-01 10:00 -0400

License restrictions Maximum number of FishEye users: 10

Maximum number of Crucible users: 5

Is it possible that we need to get another copy of the license key? If so, where do we go?

If not, why are we seeing that we have not paid for our license? We paid 580$ on quote AT-2080255 on 7/10/2014.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

For this specific question your best option is to create a Support ticket under the FishEye project, so that our Customer Advocates can have a look at what's going on with your license and let you know how to proceed. Can you please do so?

Kind regards,
