Fisheye/Crucible Crowd Integration Error

Dear All.

 

We can't signed up new users since delete crowd user directory in Fisheye/Crucible

My Situation. In Fisheye/Crucible

1. Add crowd user directory
2. User sync to cwd_user, cru_user table
3. Remove crowd user directory
4. User is deleted in cwd_user, but user remains in cru_user table
5. if we singed up same id in cru_user, than "An user with that name already exists. " message occur. 

Error reason is the same user id exists in the cru_user table. I think

 

I can add user in the admin menu.
It is only a problem at sign up by normal user.

Why do not cru_user remove user when deleting crowd user directory?

Help me.
