So a user watches repository X and the admin configured the repo to send watches. Now the problem is that there are no emails being sent when a review is created or whatever is done with it. The test email page works fine and emails are sent. The emails are configured using Office 365 settings. I enabled debugging in mail settings but nothing is written to the log.
Any help is appreciated.
Could you please give a try restarting FishEye and checking if the emails are sent after this? In case this works I think you may be facing what's described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHKB/Email+Notifications+Not+Being+Sent. As per this document, this could happen if a connection was left open with the SMTP server, so no new emails are sent.
If this is the case please follow the Resolution proposed in this document, by setting the timeout in the Mail Server configuration.
