FishEye service still registered after Uninstalling Fisheye service

I followed the directions on "Uninstalling a Fisheye or Crucible service installed with the Fisheye/Crucible Windows Installer' toward the bottom of this.  

Th uninstall completed - however the 'Atlassian FishEye' is still registered as a service.  'The system cannot find the file specified' displays when I check the properties.  Our system guy tried to get rid of it with sc.exe but to no avail.

This was in preparation of loading the upgrade to 4.6.1.  Should I just go ahead and install it or should I pursue getting rid of the errant service before the installing.
