Hi 

We just brought 5 users license.  But we updated the license to Crucible, we got the error. Please check from the attachments.

I just check the user directories, Seems it use same directories with our jira server. But for our dev team, we just need five accounts for Crucible.

Could you give some suggestions about that ?

Check which groups have Fisheye access under Global permissions. From the screenshot it looks like your jira-users group was given access, instead of a fisheye group that only contains the users that should have the access.
