Does fisheye/crucible support Rational Team Concert (RTC) source control?

Does fisheye/crucible support RTC source control either via the core code or through a plugin? I did some searching through the documentation, but the answer wasn't clear to me.

FishEye's core does not support Rational Team Concert, nor do we provide a plugin to support it. A third party plugin is a possibility but I am not aware of any such plugin.

It looks like FishEye ended support for ClearCase earlier this year -- https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/End+of+Support+Announcement+for+IBM+ClearCase. I'm not familiar with RTC - is it the same??

I'm not 100% sure. It's Rational Team Concert, which is IBM, so they might be related:
