I am trying to grant access to Crucible/Fisheye to a user, but every time they sync with Crowd, his groups in Crucible don't change. Other users sync properly and the Crowd groups are controlled by AD. I have tried deleting his account in Crucible (as I think the issue is he tried signing in without access first and bugged his new user account in Crucible), but it won't let me. Crowd groups are as they should be and so are every other user. I can't seem to push the user's new groups to him in any way.
I can't control any user or group setting through crucible/crowd, only AD.
Hi Alex,
In order to investigate your problem we'd need to have some more information, e.g. look into you server log. Could you please raise a request on support.atlassian.com so that we can look into the problem? Thanks!
