Crucible license not listed

Hi, I purchased for my Account a Crucible License, which is not listed, can you pls. help.

Please raise a ticket on support.atlassian.com. 

I would love to. But no license means no sen, no sen means no ticket, any ideas?

support.atlassian.com shouldn't require SEN number to raise a support request.  Give it a try, please.
