Crucible: Is diffing new files fixed since 3.1.2?

Context: Crucible v3.1.2, Perforce SCC

When uploading diffs for a new file we cannot see diffs between the revisions uploaded. Is this fixed in a later release?

Hi Brent,

I am not sure if I am missing something, but if it is a new file, all lines on the file source will be green because all of them have just been added in the new file.

Red lines would only be shown if the file was committed at least once and the subsequent commits have modified or deleted lines on the source code.
