Need to search case-sensitive within contents of source code. Is it possible? I have reviewed FishEye EyeQL reference guide, however I couldn't find any solution.

I'm afraid it's not possible, file diffs and file contents are indexed in a case insensitive way. Feel free to request such enhancement in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE project if you think more users could find this useful, I can't see any such request raised yet though.
