Cannot perform the requested action

I get the error : Cannot perform the requested action

when i try to Select some repo changes For Review

I noticed that when i Select some repo changes which contains 1 or 2 files , It Works. 

But when i select repo changes for review which contains more files , it gives this error.

Please guide.
NOTE: I am using: FishEye and Crucible 3.1.2
