Cannot authenticate from Fisheye to Jira

Authentication failed!

An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link "Jira (1110876a-431e-3e0f-a0cd-32e9918d52d3) https://jira.ruckuswireless.com jira"

OAuth Problem Details

 

  • javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: timestamp check failed

Hey, @Brian Pang 

With the information you provided this is generally (lightly stating without having all the info on your setup), caused by either the root certificate authority or the issuing certificate authority does not exist in the key-store and is having issues creating/validating the cert chain.
