I have installed Crucible 4.5.3 on my Windows server but am unable to access it from any other machine. I can access the starting page in the browser on the server only. I have a similar problem with the other Atlassian products I have, JIRA and Confluence, and I suspect something is being blocked by my company firewall. I was able to successfully initialize these other programs by running them as normal apps with my user account and not as services. Is there any way to do this with Crucible?
FWIW, I have verified it's not an account permissions issue with who starts/owns the service. My admin account, my regular account, and the System account all have the issue.
Thank you
