Can I close reviews started by deleted users?

We have a number of reviews that were started by users who are now deleted / no longer here, but they were not summarized or closed (that step was forgotten). I'd like to close them (not delete them).

I've gone to the permissions page and given my personal account privileges to Close, Complete, and Summarize reviews, but when I go to the review page I still see no option on the upper-right except for the standard Share, Join Review, and Tools. Am I missing something?

You have to transfer the ownership of the review to an active account before proceed with the review closing. Another approach is activate those account just for a while, in order to close the review.

Do you see an Abandon review? If yes, abandon it first and then delete it.

There's no Abandon link. But anyway, I don't want to delete the review, I just want to mark it closed so it's not showing up as an active review on the dashboard anymore. These changes DID get committed, it's just that the developers forgot to summarize/close them.
