I'm seting up a fisheye server (thanks now we have to pay for a fisheye to browse our svn directory for a ondemand jira ) and linking it to the jira is not possible, even if i can log to my fisheye server from this url : http://213.190.87.204:8061

the application link wizzard cant established an auth. Any suggestion ?

The Remote application is not able to connect to 'courgette'(FishEye / Crucible) by using the URL 'http://213.190.87.204:8061/'.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I can access my installed Fisheye/Crucible from outside our corporate network, but JIRA OnDemand cannot for some reason. The Fisheye/Crucible log shows a cookie rejected error.

Whitelisting IPs is mentioned, but vaguely. Do we whitelist from within the FECRU app? If so, how? I can't find how to do this anywhere on the Internet.

I have also logged a support ticket.

Hi Stéphane,

It appears that the address given to FishEye/Crucible may only be reachable internally. You'll need to be able to call in to that IP address from the internet or have the range of IPs for OnDemand whitelisted in order for OnDemand JIRA to access it.

Thanks

Turner
