We have users that still do not want to see project sidebar and the new navigation. Is it possible to turn this off for them now that it is "here to stay" per the blog post? I did not see that option in the User Profile drop down per the February documentation instructions.

Users are able to disable the new project navigation on their own settings. Please check this page for more details. If you would like to disable it globally, please check this post at Atlassian Answers.
