You can work with attachments/evidence using the Xray REST API as described on the link REST API - Test Run REST .
With it, you should be able to add your zip files to the issue.

I also recommend you to have a look at the open-source Postman collections that showcase concrete examples of interacting with the REST API :)
You just need to import them to Postman and check them out
