Why is my question flagged as spam?

It looks like my detailed question was flagged as spam. Could any Atlassian Community moderators or "champions" please unflag it as such? I'm just trying to get some help with a technical issue. Thanks in advance!

I think the spam detection was over eager once again.

I moved your question out of spam.
