Why did my article get "In moderation" status?

Hi, everyone! Just noticed a problem with my article https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/4-Ways-to-set-deadlines-for-tasks-in-Jira/ba-p/2057192

Everything was okay, it was posted, even got a few likes.

But I noticed that then it got "In moderation" status. How can I fix this?

@Olha Onofriichuk_SaaSJet this is in our FAQ as well!

  • Our community has an automated spam filter than sometimes catches "real" posts in addition to spam. All our admins and moderators check the quarantine regularly and will release your post as soon as we can.

Sounds like you're all set now.  :)

I have a similar problem. My article was published a week ago (10.02), but it's still “in moderation status”. Would it be possible to check why there is such long moderation? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Top-5-reasons-for-migrating-to-Jira-Cloud/ba-p/2267168

I seem to be having the same issue as partners here with an article being in moderation since Sep 29.

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Risk-Reduction-Vs-Time-Criticality-metrics-difference-in-WSJF/ba-p/2149303

Could I ask you to check what might be causing delay with moderation, please?

What can be done to avoid this with future publications?

@Katie Zavhorodnia_Appfire  Hi Katie!  I apologize for the delayThe article was automatically marked as spam. Phrases such as "30-days free trial" can often trigger an automatic spam tag.

Hi @Saralie S_ , thanks a lot for your response and hints what may be the reason. I’ll make sure to avoid such phrases in articles. 


Any other potential spam keywords or phrases authors should be careful with?
