Why can't certain members see a board, even if they are an admin?

Also, why isn't there a support email or chat for JIRA?

Hi @tiger

I would start by checking the filter. Boards are just a visualisation of a filter - and if it's not shared, users won't be able to see it (even if they're an admin).

To do this you'll need to be Board Admin and the Filter Owner - then:

  1. Go to Options (3-dots icon) > Board Settings (Cloud) / Board > Configure (Server)
  2. Select General, then choose "Edit Filter Shares"
  3. Ensure the appropriate users have view access - for example you could choose any logged in user, or provide access based on a project (in this case, any user with the browse issues permission will see the board)
  4. Press Add inline with the choices you've made - then press Save

^ Let us know if this doesn't work for you.

In regards to support - you can reach out to the Community on here or visit https://support.atlassian.com/ - there is a "Contact" option in the top-right.
