What is the name of the future that save email communication in jira tickets?
I have a ticket system and I want to save all the comunication in the ticket notes. Is that a way to past a specific link in the email body that will connect all the email communication with the ticket case? what is the name of this future?

If you have configured a mail handler, emails will be converted to tickets or comments, you can configure there how the mails should be handled.
If you have configured the mail handler and put in the issue key ( i.e. xxx-123) in the subject, jira should add that email as comment to that issue instead of creating a new issue.
