Subscribing to Technical Alerts and Product Announcements

I would like to know how to email subscribe to Technical Alerts and Product Announcements?

And see the existing subscription?

Previously, l was able to subscribe to the email channel to the below link:

But right now, I couldn't. May I know the next action for this to proceed?

Hey Lynette, welcome to the Community!

The page linked to in that document for changing your email preferences (my.atlassian.com/email) is indeed broken at the moment. We're tracking this and working to get a fix!

In the meantime, you can use this URL to see the email details associated with your Atlassian account:
https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email

At the bottom of that page, there's a link to click in the Email notifications section.

After clicking that link, you'll be on the email subscriptions page where you can subscribe to technical alerts and product announcements.

I can see an issue with my.atlassian.com/email too. I'll get this escalated.
