I have a problem to connect with my slack desktop app to Jira.

Hi There,

Can you provide a bit more context about the problem you are trying to solve? Is the expectation to have information flow from slack to jira, from jira to slack, etc. Additionally, what actions would you like the Jira to Slack connection to accomplish?
