The Service Desk - APAC (SDH) project has stopped creating tickets automatically from client emails (via email account email@example.com).
The email log displays a BYE System Error failure at 10 Nov 8:22 AM (GMT +8)
This is likely due to an external pentest conducted between 9 Nov - 10 Nov which created 3000 plus spam tickets. We believe the pentest reached the threshold, causing the connectivity to be terminated. Please assist to resolve urgently.
I assume you are on a free plan then?
if so those limits are part of the plan. The only proper way is to upgrade to another plan or wait for the limit to reset.
If you are not on a free plan and are encountering this limit you can create a ticket with atlassian directly.
