Hi Community, I'm Janna, a design researcher with Atlassian. We've been connecting with customers to better understand the experience and needs around buying, paying for, and financially managing Atlassian products.
We're now wanting to have conversations with customers about how those experiences might be in the future and what's most important to customers. That's where you come in. We'd love to hear from you.
We're looking to have a 60 minute conversation with customers who are directly involved in all or most of the following:
We're looking for people who work within small to medium organisations (more than ten, less than 250 users) and larger organisations with more than 250 users. Ideally, you have two or more Atlassian products in the mix.
We're looking to talk to people towards the end of this week (13-15 May) and all next week (18 - 22 May). All interviews will be on Zoom. We're based in Sydney, but happy to work around timezones. We'll pay you $150AUD for your time, via PayPal.
