I user Jira and Confluence, and I've spent a lot of time in the Atlassian docs. In my last job, I was surprised to find that I was the administrator for Jira and Confluence, which I'd never used before. I relied heavily on the docs to learn how to use the apps, and still reference them heavily while doing my own tech writing in Confluence.
I'd be happy to provide any feedback you're looking for.
I have access to Confluence, Jira and Jira Service Desk all in the cloud. Plus we have Confluence server in another division of the company which can make text editing interesting.
I do use your help documents but it is not often I find documentation telling me what I want to know. I am usually time pressured and don't want to read long descriptions of things. I just want to know which buttons to click.
I am a traditionally trained typist and find confluence a particular headache when I cannot do things that I can do in other text editors.
