  • The Atlassian products you currently use

Hi Daniel,

I user Jira and Confluence, and I've spent a lot of time in the Atlassian docs. In my last job, I was surprised to find that I was the administrator for Jira and Confluence, which I'd never used before. I relied heavily on the docs to learn how to use the apps, and still reference them heavily while doing my own tech writing in Confluence.

I'd be happy to provide any feedback you're looking for.

Matt

Hello, @Matt Reiner _K15t_

Thank you so much for expressing your interest in helping Atlassian continue to improve our help docs.  Expect to be reached out to via email sometime this week!

I'm interested in participating. I am an admin with Jira Cloud with Automation, Confluence Cloud and our company is using integrations with Smart Notifications, Slack, and Google Sheets.

Hello, @Andrew Cagle

Thank you for your interest! This would be a 45 mins to 1 hour time commitment over a video call. Keep an eye out for an email with details. I should send something out within the next day or two!

Hi @Daniel Kaufman I'm also interesting in participating. I use Confluence Cloud, Jira Cloud, and JSD Cloud and use Atlassian help docs extensively both for myself and when I provide support to our org's users. Thanks!

Hey, @Sharon Helms  Thank you for your interest.  Expect to be reached out to sometime this week! Thank you so much for offering up your help.

Hi Daniel,

I use Trello and always use the help documents both when I need to find something out, or when I answer questions in the Community!

Happy to help!

Hey, @Esme Crutchley, Thank you for your interest.  Expect to be reached out to sometime this week! Thank you so much for offering up your help.

Hi Daniel,

I have access to Confluence, Jira and Jira Service Desk all in the cloud.  Plus we have Confluence server in another division of the company which can make text editing interesting.

I do use your help documents but it is not often I find documentation telling me what I want to know.  I am usually time pressured and don't want to read long descriptions of things.  I just want to know which buttons to click.

I am a traditionally trained typist and find confluence a particular headache when I cannot do things that I can do in other text editors.

I would be more than happy to provide feedback.

Hello, @Dee Vincent-Day

Thank you so much for expressing your interest.  Expect to be reached out to via email sometime this week!

Hi,

I use Jira and Confluence, and used to be an admin for Jira Agile (on Jira server). I use the docs if I encounter a problem and cannot figure it out myself. What kind of a time committment are you looking for?

Regards,

Nancy
