JIRA LITHIUM Integration

Hello,

 We use JIRA and GitHub for software development, and Confluence for collaboration. We noticed Atlassian also uses Lithium as Community platform and wondered how you tie Lithium and Jira.

Currently, we are also adopting Lithium for community and looking for a feature that can link Lithium and Jira together.

What we are trying to achieve is the ability to use Lithium Ideation forum to receive Request for Enhancement for different products from customers and then generate an issue in Jira automatically when a request gets approved. When Jira issue gets updated, then it automatically updates change status of the request in Lithium and send notifications to those who approved the request.

Can we achieve this integration?  Thank you for your response in advance.

We understood that the integration between Lithium and Jira can be done in future. May we ask you another question?

At Atlassian, have you done the integration between Lithium and Confluence, and from Confluence then you integrate with JIRA? If yes, can you please share?
