Hi @Michael Lagergren,

that's quite a feat - I had done that in my previous company, where we we used Confluence to host all our Documents, including all the Process Documentation.

Then the actual workflows on Jira, including all Audit Tasks.

We ended up using a comprehensive labling system as well, so that key information was als always labeled with the norm it affected iso9001, iso27001, iso15000.

This helped us tremendously to have multiple views of the same content - one easy to consume for our employees/users and a by label view & dashbords that was very often used by our internal & external auditors.

We also used Diagrams (Gliffy/draw.io) heavily to illustrate how processes hang together and have direct links to the appropriate processes. Starting with a high-level overview that people could drill down easily. So with 3 clicks they ended up in the process they wanted.

Lots of work but it was well worth doing and our 300+ employees loved it, as did our Quality people & auditors.

Cheers,
   Christian

After setting up our IT instance for software development and PM and stuff we started in 2016 with a "business instance" to support common business processes (like invoice handling, customer complaints, audit managament, contract management and more) - always interesting what kind of ideas rise up for the usage of JIRA for completely different topics...!

Can definitely confirm this @Marco Nowak - makes Atlassian Consulting quite an interesting work to do :)

@Michael Lagergren - hi Michael! Any lessons learned you can share here (two years later!)?

Hope all's well!

Most difficult part for such change management is - "making people unlearn the old ways, they used to do the thing"
