To align with this year’s theme for International Women’s Day, “Because of You”, Veterans Affairs Canada hosted a panel discussion event on Friday, March 6th at 2:00 p.m. AST. VAC’s Parliamentary Secretary, Darrell Samson, delivered opening remarks and Director General, Service Delivery and Program Design, Faith McIntyre moderated the panel. Panel participants included Alexandra Shaw, Amy Meunier and Kelly Carter. The discussion revolves around themes such as leadership, empowerment and how the workplace can play a role in supporting gender equality.
