Upgraded plan but cannot add new users

We just upgraded from the free plan to 10 users yesterday. We keep getting the, need to upgrade plan to add more users, message when attempting to add a 6th user.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a specific delay before account upgrades are processed?

We are in need of adding more team members to our repos.

I have the same issue, any advice?

We upgraded an individual account instead of the team account. Contacted support and it was resolved fairly quick. Confusing experience when upgrading.
