Core dump in Apache http

Recently I am facing an issue while accessing the site . i.e page cannot be displayed .This issue occurs at any time even just after successful login or even after 10-15 min later.

Analysis :

Access logs:

I have checked the Apache http webserver logs no logs were present for that duration

Error logs:

httpd: md_rand.c:327: ssleay_rand_add: Assertion `md_c[1] == md_count[1]' failed.
[Tue Nov 07 09:31:38 2017] [notice] child pid 26314 exit signal Aborted (6), possible coredump in $INSTANCE_ROOTPATH

[Tue Nov 07 09:31:44 2017] [notice] child pid 26196 exit signal Aborted (6), possible coredump in $INSTANCE_ROOTPATH

and for that duration a core file is generated. I have checked that core file using GDB analyser . But seems no proper information
