Hi all,
Having issues getting Crowd to use a certificate to enable HTTPS.
I am following this guide:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/configuring-crowd-to-work-with-ssl-151520306.html
I have also referenced this guide:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Crowd-questions/Crowd-SSL/qaq-p/216035
Nothing has worked so far to get Crowd using my CA signed certificates, the site it'll present is the default 'http://localhost:8095/crowd' and nothing else is working.
Has anyone had any luck getting this going?
Hi,
while creating SSL certs for Step 2 in the document that says,
What is your first and last name?
You should typically use your crowd DNS name for which you are requesting CA certs. ex: crowd.mycompany.com. Make sure this domain's A record to should point to your crowd server.
Once certs were imported you can try accessing them via
https://crowd.mycompany.com:8095
or
https://crowd.mycompany.com:8443/crowd/console
