How do I change email addresses stored in Crowd - in bulk?

• i have a group of users in Crowd
• I need to change email addresses for all users in that group (110's of users)

what are my options to do it in the most effective way? thanks

If this is going to be an infrequent event I would consider just doing it in the database. (Assuming you are just changing the URL part of the email address). But if you a simple mapping table would also do it.
