Is this a JDBC URL error?

Changed 'hostname' to 'ip'. However, the same error occurs.

What's wrong?

I am waiting for your help.

Hi,

screenshot is from your local computer or server? Because in URL you have some local IP and in JDBC URL you have localhost. Is MySQL listening on 1433 port (try telnet)?

Hi, Petr

thank you for your help.

The port has been deleted. No error occurs.

Thank you very much.

What error do you have in the logs?

It could be due to many reasons. Following is KB article if you do not have enough permissions on the DB: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowdkb/installation-fails-due-to-lack-of-database-permission-320602583.html
