Could not connect to the database: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionExcept

Crowd version 3.3.4

windows 10 enterprise

I am installing 'Crowd' for 'SSO'.

However, the following error occurs during the installation wizard.

Is this a JDBC URL error?

Changed 'hostname' to 'ip'. However, the same error occurs.

What's wrong?

I am waiting for your help.

thank you.
